Operational Acceptance Testing is to ensure that the systems and processes can be supported once they have gone Live. This will also include the Standard Operating Procedures that will be required to be in place.
This is so that the Service Delivery / IT support teams can be sure that they are able to maintain and support the systems.
We offer management and participation during Operational Acceptance Testing and tasks include: -
Obtaining Acceptance Criteria from Operational Support Stakeholders such as Customer Services / Helpdesk, Applications Support and IT Support;
Deriving test conditions from the OAT Acceptance Criteria and any Technical Specifications;
Production of test scripts or procedures for the following: -
Performance Testing - GUI and server
Resilience Testing - Failover Testing;
Backup and Recovery;
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity;
Disaster Recovery plans;
Monitoring and Reporting of Service Level Agreements(SLA);
